Revision services are provided based on the package purchased. Customers can request unlimited revisions as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions:

  • Refunds Available: 100% refund is possible before work begins, excluding taxes and transaction fees.
  • Refunds Void: Special or custom packages, additional revisions beyond initial concepts, unresponsive customers for over 2 weeks, hold requests, policy violations, incomplete creative briefs, business closure or name change, change of mind, or disagreements not related to service. Refunds are not applicable once multiple sets of revisions are accepted.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or disagreements not related to the service provided.
